The kitchen
The hotel operates on half board basis, offering buffet breakfast and 5 course gourmet evening meals, complimented by an extensive wine cellar. No stone is left unturned by the hotels award winning chef to produce innovative dishes, using only the freshest produce available. In addition, the hotel has its own Michelin star restaurant for that special occasion.
Wellness
The Bio Hotel Hermitage has an extensive spa, which is free to guests. Robes and slippers are provided. The spa includes an indoor heated pool, Turkish bath, Finnish sauna, hot tub and relaxation area. Beauty treatments and massage therapies are available upon request.
Local taxes: All accommodation providers in Madonna di Campiglio are obliged to charge a ‘tourist tax’ which must be paid by all guests over 14 years of age, upon check out. The following charge will apply at Bio Hotel Hermitage. €2.00 per night.
